Lusani Sadiki

Lusani Sadiki is an Associate specialising in intellectual property law, data privacy, and general corporate and commercial law. She advises clients on company name objections and oppositions, software development and licensing agreements, data protection agreements, and the commercialisation of intellectual property rights. She also conducts due diligence investigations related to corporate and commercial transactions.

She has experience advising clients on IP portfolio management, data privacy compliance, and commercial agreements, delivering practical legal solutions across multiple sectors. Her practice spans both transactional and advisory work in intellectual property, data protection, and corporate law matters.

Lusani holds an LLB (cum laude) from the University of Pretoria (2021). She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
