As Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at a Fortune 1 company, Louise designed and implemented comprehensive ethics and compliance programs covering anti‑corruption, anti‑fraud, anti‑trust, economic sanctions, and privacy protections across multiple African jurisdictions. She also served as a legal advisor to a leading global energy major, advancing to Ethics, Compliance and Risk Manager, and chaired the Transformation, Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Her expertise spans the energy, hospitality, leisure, aviation, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors, with a focus on regulatory regimes and supply chain management.
