Loren Tibshraeny

Loren Tibshraeny is an Executive in the firm's Project Development and Project Finance practice and oil and gas team at ENS, practicing in Construction Law. He specialises in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and EPCM contracts, project development, project service agreements, and procurement contracts, advising lenders, sponsors, and contractors across the infrastructure, oil and gas, renewable energy, and mining sectors.

Mr. Tibshraeny has extensive international experience throughout Europe, Asia, India, the Middle East, Africa, and South America, advising on numerous major oil and gas projects, including the largest construction project undertaken in the oil and gas sector in the Middle East. Prior to joining ENS, he spent 15 years as senior legal counsel with a major international oil company. His expertise also includes various aspects of commercial law, transactional and transnational projects, and commercial and technical service agreements.

He holds a BJuris and BProc from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
