Khanyisa Mohlaba

Khanyisa Mohlaba is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial and Mergers and Acquisitions practices at Bowmans in Johannesburg, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises local and foreign clients on a range of domestic and cross‑border corporate transactions and has expertise in general corporate matters and broad‑based Black economic empowerment transactions.

Khanyisa has advised Teraco Data Environments on the disposal of c. 55% of its share capital to Digital Realty valued at USD 3.5 billion; Impala Platinum Holdings Limited on its refinancing and shareholding restructuring of Marula Platinum Proprietary Limited with ZAR 500 million; and Tata Power Company Ltd on the disposal of 50% of the share capital in a joint venture between Tata and Exxaro Limited to Exxaro.

She holds an LL.B from the University of the Witwatersrand.
