Judy von Klemperer

Judy von Klemperer is a Partner and Head of the Litigation Department at Shepstone & Wylie's Durban office, specialising in civil litigation, contractual disputes, and dispute resolution. She practices primarily in the High Court, but also appears in the Magistrates' Court, and handles matters referred for mediation, arbitration, and adjudication.

She has a special interest in construction disputes, contractual disputes, PAJA review applications, and shareholder disputes. She has represented a number of clients in complex commercial litigation and shareholder disputes. She is a Notary Public.

Judy holds a BA and LLB from the University of KwaZulu‑Natal (UKZN) and is a Notary Public.
