Jayshall Vassen

Jayshall Vassen is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Competition practice. Her practice focuses on Competition Law.

Jayshall specialises in competition law and has previously specialised in corporate and commercial law.

Her experience includes advising on notifiability of mergers and preparing merger notifications, representing clients in complaint proceedings and advising clients on prohibited practices.

In addition, Jayshall is also experienced as a general corporate commercial attorney and has advised clients in the financial services, consumer goods, telecommunications, construction, property, renewable energy, manufacturing and aviation sectors and industries.

She holds a BCom PPE and an LLB from the University of Cape Town and an LLM in Competition, Innovation and Trade Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She is a member of the Association of Competition Law Practitioners.
