Adriaan Booysen

Adriaan Booysen is a Partner in the Cape Town office of Webber Wentzel, focusing on the formation and structuring of alternative investment funds across all asset classes, with a specific emphasis on funds investing in Africa. He also advises on team incentive arrangements and has broad experience in tax and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets.

He advises fund managers, institutional investors and corporate clients on fund formation, structuring and regulatory matters, as well as on corporate transactions and company secretarial matters.

Adriaan holds a BAccLL.B from the University of Stellenbosch (2016) and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
