Jarrett Whitehead

Jarrett Whitehead is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in Cape Town, specializing in a variety of corporate transactions with a focus on private equity and financial sponsors.

His experience includes acting for large multinational clients on complex cross-border transactions, working with venture capital, financial sponsors, and private equity clients on acquisitions, exits, refinancing, capital structuring, and portfolio management. He has also acted for management teams in sale processes and management incentive arrangements.

He holds a B.Soc.Sci from the University of Cape Town (2012) and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He has spent time on secondment working with the in-house legal team at a leading private equity firm in London.
