Jason Valkin

Jason Valkin is an Executive in the Corporate Commercial practice at ENS, practicing in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions group. He specialises in M&A, corporate reorganisation, equity capital markets, share incentive schemes (including inbound international share schemes), restructuring, takeovers, corporate finance, stock-exchange transactions, and empowerment transactions.

Mr. Valkin has acted for a wide range of local, international, listed and unlisted clients across various sectors. He has also lectured on the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions at Wits Business School.

He holds a BA and an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Corporate Law (South Africa) from 2016 to 2023 and by Who's Who Legal in Corporate and Capital Markets.
