Ineke Brink

Ineke Brink is a Senior Consultant in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group, based in the Cape Town office. She has experience in corporate and commercial law with a special focus on the hotel and leisure sector, advising on legal due diligence investigations, commercial property transactions, leases, share sale and shareholders' agreements, restructures, sale of business, franchise agreements, and joint venture arrangements.

Ms. Brink's recent transactions include advising Onomo Hotels on its acquisition of the "aha-Inn on the square" hotel business from HPF Properties, the development of the Onomo Hotel Durban, and its acquisitions of multiple Signature Lux properties and proposed restructure of the BON Group. She has also advised Virgin Hotels Limited on its acquisition of the Mont Rochelle Hotel and Vineyards, Hyatt International on its hotel operations in South Africa, Asilia Africa on its acquisition of Go2Africa, and RAB Limited on its acquisition of Doolhof Wine Estate.

Ineke holds BCom and LLB degrees from Stellenbosch University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law (cum laude) from the University of Cape Town.
