Estelle de Wet

Estelle de Wet is a Consultant and head of the family law team at Shepstone & Wylie in Durban. She specialises in family law, dealing with ante‑nuptial contracts, maintenance enquiries, domestic violence, custody, access, divorce, civil unions and domestic partnerships, and all aspects of the Children's Act and other related matters. Her work also extends to matters involving the application of the Hague Convention on the civil aspects of international child abduction.

Estelle holds a BA and LLB from the University of KwaZulu‑Natal (UKZN).
