Chulumanco Ncapai

Chulumanco Ncapai is an Associate in the Litigation Department at Shepstone & Wylie's Durban office, specialising in family law. She handles matters including divorce, parenting arrangements, child and spousal maintenance, and domestic issues. She assists with client intake, preparing court documents and correspondence, conducting legal research, and attending court and mediation as needed.

She is committed to developing her skills in advocacy and litigation, and continues to build experience across all aspects of family law. Chulumanco holds an LL.B (Hons) from Walter Sisulu University (WSU) and has completed a Drafting Course through L.E.A.D.
