Carmen Gers

Carmen Gers is an Executive in the Tax practice at ENS, specialising in tax advisory law, corporate and international tax, and exchange control. She has acted for private companies, asset managers, investment funds, and foreign corporations, advising on the South African tax and exchange control implications of inbound and outbound investments, group reorganisations, and financing transactions.

Carmen has also assisted international and South African multinationals with their transfer pricing needs, including transfer pricing planning advice, economic analyses together with benchmarking studies, and the preparation of transfer pricing compliance documentation.

Carmen holds a BAcc LL.B from Stellenbosch University and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
