Anina Boshoff

Anina Boshoff is an Executive in the Banking and Finance practice at ENS, specialising in banking and finance law, cross‑border finance, and project finance. Her practice focuses on cross‑border finance transactions in Sub‑Saharan Africa, and she has acted for clients across financial services, mining, media, infrastructure, and agriculture.

Anina advises commercial banks and development finance institutions on debt restructuring, leveraged finance, trade finance, and infrastructure finance transactions. She also regularly advises borrowers, including South African private, public, and state‑owned companies, on raising debt and preference share funding through bilateral, club, or syndicated arrangements.

Anina holds a BCom and an LL.B from the University of Pretoria, a BCom Honours in Economics from the University of South Africa, an LL.M in International Public Law from the University of Johannesburg, and an LL.M in Finance Law from University College London. She is admitted as an Attorney and Notary of the High Court of South Africa and as a solicitor in England and Wales.
