Amy Strous

Amy Strous is an Associate at ENS, practicing in the Dispute Resolution group. She specialises in commercial dispute resolution through court proceedings and arbitration, and has assisted in both national and international litigious matters.

Amy advises and acts for clients in matters relating to administrative law, company law, constitutional law, construction law, contract law, and public law. She is also experienced in drafting legal opinions and memoranda relating to contractual disputes, and reviewing companies' litigious risk profiles in preparation of due diligence reports.

She holds a BA with Law and an LL.B (Cum Laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
