Alida Spies

Alida Spies is an Executive Consultant at ENS in the Insolvency, Restructuring and Business Rescue practice, specialising in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. She focuses on sequestration and liquidation applications, the insolvency process, debt recovery and business rescue.

Alida has acted for prominent banks, retailers, liquidators and a range of corporate clients, with a key focus on insolvency and debt recovery in South Africa. Her experience extends to the drafting of liquidation and sequestration applications and the drafting of summonses and particulars of claim for actions relating to debt recovery.

Alida holds an LL.B. from Stellenbosch University and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
