Aaqilah Nagdee is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specializing in forensic services and compliance law. She has over 10 years of diversified experience in South Africa and the Middle East.

Her expertise includes end-to-end forensic detection in the form of investigations and forensic data analytics, as well as proactive protection measures including compliance and fraud prevention. She has conducted forensic investigations for public and private sector clients across C-Suite, Human Resources, Supply Chain Procurement and Finance. She has testified at disciplinary hearings and assisted legal counsel in preparing for civil and criminal litigation, with a particular interest in cryptocurrency and the flow and management of illicit funds using crypto assets, where she has assisted local authorities with investigations and reviews.
