Warren Hendricks

Warren Hendricks is an Executive in the Mine and Occupational Health and Safety practice at ENS, based in Johannesburg. He regularly represents leading mining and heavy industry corporates in formal inquiry and investigation proceedings under the South African Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993.

Mr. Hendricks advises clients on general compliance obligations and legislative requirements in occupational health and safety law, including the drafting of statutory letters of appointment and health and safety agreements. He conducts due diligence investigations and legal compliance audits, and advises on litigation relating to delictual damages claims arising from occupational injuries and diseases.

Warren holds a BA and an LLB from the University of Cape Town and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He has presented numerous seminars and authored articles on occupational health and safety topics, and has been recognized by The Legal 500 EMEA in Mining (South Africa) from 2023 to 2026.
