Tsholofelo Mvemve

Tsholofelo Mvemve is a Pro Bono | Associate specialising in estate planning. She advises clients on wills, reporting of estates, and estate administration matters, providing practical legal guidance on succession planning and the management of deceased estates.

She also advises on intellectual property and company law matters, and has experience in divorce matters. In addition to her legal practice, she facilitates community upliftment outreach programmes and coordinates legal education sessions to promote enterprise development and legal awareness.

She holds an LL.B from the University of the Free State and an LL.M from Stellenbosch University. She is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and is a member of the Legal Practice Council and the South African Institute of Intellectual Property.
