Sabeeha Loonat

Sabeeha Loonat is an Associate specialising in ESG, environmental law, administrative law, constitutional law, local government law, procurement, and regulatory law. She has been involved in drafting legal opinions and providing general advice on the review of environmental authorisations, public‑private partnerships, local government, and procurement matters.

She advises clients on regulatory compliance, environmental authorisations, public procurement, and administrative law disputes, delivering strategic legal solutions across the public and private sectors. Her practice spans both contentious and advisory work in environmental, administrative, and regulatory law.

Sabeeha holds an LLB (with distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand (2020) and a B.Com (Hons) (cum laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand (2017). She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
