His experience spans technology procurement, digital services and platforms, data protection and privacy compliance, intellectual property strategy, and fintech regulatory matters. He has advised major clients including multinational telecommunications operators, financial institutions, private hospital groups, and mining companies on cloud services, software licensing, outsourcing, and digital product roll‑outs across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. He has also held in‑house roles, including responsibility for legal affairs across 16 countries for a major telecommunications group’s fintech operations, and has experience as a technology entrepreneur.
