Karen Slade

Karen Slade is a Partner at Shepstone & Wylie's Durban office, specialising in property law and conveyancing. She has 25 years of experience in property and general conveyancing matters, including nine years in the Deeds Office where she progressed to senior examiner before moving into private practice for 15 years.

She concentrates on all aspects of property, including sectional title and freehold transactions, registration of sectional title developments, township registrations, subdivisions, consolidations, as well as home loan and commercial bonds.

Karen holds a BA, LLB, and LLM in Environmental Law from the University of KwaZulu‑Natal (UKZN), and is admitted as a Conveyancer and Notary Public.
