Fathima Patel

Fathima Patel is an Associate at ENS in the Insolvency, Restructuring and Business Rescue practice, specializing in insolvency and commercial dispute resolution.

She has experience in insolvency litigation, including drafting applications for liquidation, sequestration, monetary judgment and engaging in subsequent insolvency processes. She has also assisted in various commercial matters involving company law and contractual disputes, and has acted for major banks and financial institutions, private companies, liquidators and a range of corporate clients.

Fathima holds an LL.B (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
