DJ van Wyk

DJ van Wyk is a Senior Associate with expertise in sports, media and entertainment law, as well as commercial, administrative and public law litigation. He advises on litigious matters involving broadcasting and entertainment companies, national and international sporting federations, and governmental organisations, and provides regulatory advice on matters involving mining companies, public healthcare, media houses, and journalists.

He has been involved in commercial, administrative, and public law disputes, representing clients across the sports, media, and entertainment sectors, as well as providing strategic legal counsel on regulatory compliance and litigation matters across multiple industries. His experience includes advising on broadcasting rights disputes, regulatory issues affecting the sports and media industries, and public law matters.

DJ holds an LLB (with distinction) from the University of Pretoria (2020) and a B.Sc from the University of Pretoria (2016). He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
