Clifford Green

Clifford Green is an Executive Consultant in the firm's Corporate Commercial practice, specializing in Sports Law. He focuses on contracts relating to sport, sponsorships, and events, acting for various large sports boards, federations, and soccer leagues.

His experience includes anti-infringement action as it relates to ambush marketing, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, sale of companies, and joint venture agreements. He also advises clients in the tourism, hospitality, and leisure industry concerning the management of game parks and wildlife, and acts as a non-executive director on a variety of boards.

Clifford holds a BA and an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is admitted as an attorney and notary public of the High Court of South Africa and the High Court of Lesotho.
