Disebo Kgomo

Disebo Kgomo is a Senior Associate in the Competition Practice at Bowmans in the Johannesburg office, specialising in Competition Law. She assists with a variety of competition law matters, including merger filings, cartel conduct, abuse of dominance, other restrictive practices and exemption applications.

Disebo has advised on merger notifications in South Africa and COMESA, assessed competition and public interest concerns, negotiated settlement agreements, and drafted exemption applications. Her experience spans multiple sectors, providing insight and assistance on competition law implications across different industries and businesses.

Disebo holds an LL.B. from the University of Johannesburg and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in commercial law at the same institution.
