Tesslyn Francis

Tesslyn Francis is an Associate at Bowmans' Cape Town office, practising in the firm's Litigation and Arbitration practice, specialising in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation.

With six years of practice, she has litigated in various divisions of the High Court, as well as the Supreme Court of Appeal. She has advised plaintiffs in personal injury, medical malpractice and Road Accident Fund claims, and has also acted for the City of Matlotsana in various contractual disputes.

Tesslyn holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is a member of the Golden Key Honour Society and is an admitted attorney of the High Court.
