Sikelelwa Fumile

Sikelelwa Fumile is a Senior Associate specialising in general litigation, insolvency, business rescue, and insurance law. She advises a broad range of clients, including the local government sector and local and international insurers, on complex commercial disputes and regulatory matters.

She has experience in the resolution of disputes in both the High Court and through arbitration, mainly in insurance coverage disputes, building contracts, property disputes, and planning law. She also has a background in corporate and commercial law. Her practice spans both contentious and advisory work, delivering strategic legal solutions across multiple sectors.

Sikelelwa holds an LLB from the University of the Western Cape (2017).
