Nicole Carstens

Nicole Carstens is the Director of NC Incorporated, a law firm she established in 2025 to offer a holistic, cost‑effective, and personalised legal experience grounded in trust and integrity. She specialises in property law, conveyancing, and deceased estate administration, providing comprehensive legal services in property transactions, estate planning, and administration.

She advises clients on property transfers, mortgage bonds, notarial deeds, and estate administration matters, ensuring that each client receives advice tailored to their needs. She was admitted as an Attorney in 2013, and later as a Notary and Conveyancer after completing specialised examinations. She moved into the Conveyancing and Deceased Estates Departments in 2018 and was appointed as a Director in 2019.

Nicole holds a BCom (Law) and LLB from Nelson Mandela University, and an Advanced Diploma in Trust and Estate Administration from the University of the Free State. She is a mother of two and enjoys baking and travelling in her spare time.
