Megan Claassens

Megan Claassens is a Practice Lead at ENS in the intelligENS practice. Her practice focuses on Legal Documentation, with over a decade of experience in commercial disputes and regulatory investigations.

Megan is a practising attorney with a strong background in advising on legal data matters, leveraging advanced technology with a particular focus on eDiscovery and AI tools for data analysis in disclosure, investigations, contract analytics and data breach response.

Her career began in top-tier international law firms, where she managed large, cross-jurisdictional eDiscovery projects. She has worked on a wide range of complex matters, including regulatory investigations, parliamentary inquiries, commercial disputes, and advising on disclosure obligations within the eDiscovery and legal technology space.

In addition, Megan is also experienced in civil and criminal disputes, including arbitration and regulatory investigations.

She holds a BA LLB from the University of Johannesburg and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
