Mark McIntosh

Mark McIntosh is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg, specialising in property law. He has expertise in township establishment, subdivisions, consolidations, opening of sectional title schemes (including mixed‑use schemes), commercial finance mortgage and notarial bonds, and attending to real estate aspects of major intragroup transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and disposals of immovable property by large corporates. He advises clients across a range of industries including retail, hospitality, and mining.

He has been consistently ranked by Chambers Global (2017‑2026), Best Lawyers (2019‑2026) — including Lawyer of the Year for Real Estate Law 2023 and 2025 — and Legal 500 (2014, 2022‑2025), where he is included in their Hall of Fame.
