Lamla Mafundityala

Lamla Mafundityala is an Associate at ENS in the Property and Real Estate practice, focusing on Property Law. He specialises in all aspects of property law, including property transfers, registration of mortgage bonds, and general conveyancing practice.

His conveyancing experience includes release of properties under operation of mortgage bond, bond cancellations, cessions of rights, consolidations and subdivisions. He also has experience in notarial work, conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions on property-related issues.

In addition, he drafts and reviews sale agreements (including sale of business enterprise agreements) and offers to purchase, prepares advisory memoranda for instructing clients, drafts lease agreements, and drafts director and shareholder resolutions.

Lamla holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of the Western Cape and an LLB from the University of Stellenbosch. He is admitted as an attorney, notary and conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa.
