Calvin Nchabeleng

Calvin Nchabeleng is a Partner at Webber Wentzel in the Johannesburg office, specialising in Government Contracts. He provides commercial law services to commercial, corporate and governmental institutions, with particular experience in procurement processes and public-private partnerships.

Calvin has been involved in a range of significant projects, including the Presidential Job Summit Housing Project and the Gautrain Rapid Rail Project, advising on all legal aspects of the procurement process. He has assisted Government Departments and State Owned Enterprises with procurement initiatives at various stages, including due diligence, structuring, document preparation, evaluation and negotiation, and has provided ad hoc support on PPP projects and various commercial agreements, including joint venture agreements and leases.

Calvin holds an LL.B. from the University of Pretoria (2002) and a Diploma in Public Management from Tshwane University of Technology (1999). He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
